Privacy

We collect what a booking needs and nothing else: your name, email, phone, party size, the dates, and your acceptance of the rental agreement (with the time and IP address, so the acceptance can be proven). Payment details go directly to Stripe; we never see your card number.

We use your email to send booking emails about your stay. If you ask to be told when dates open or you stay with us, we may send a few emails a year about the cabin; every one has an unsubscribe link, and you can email bookings@smokeymarshmallow.com to be removed at any time.

Site analytics, when enabled, are Google Analytics with IP anonymization. The booking form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Data is stored on Cloudflare's platform in the United States.
